It was a Sunday morning and I went a little late because, well, he had at one time been an SC head coach. Fuck him, right? I regretted that decision. He was the funniest speaker I've ever heard, all football stories, and I wished I'd shown up 20 minutes earlier. In line with his statement about missing being around a team, he pointed out at the clinic that he had been in coaching for 42 years and had only had two bad years, the two years he wasn't actually coaching a team.
