Depends on how you "rate" a great game.

Which probably varies by person on what factors they are considering.

For example, I have to have a last second ND victory or an incredible comeback - so I wouldn't put up 89 Michigan but would put up 88 Michigan.

National title implications are important too - so I wouldn't go with 92 Florida.
