Predictions for Michigan at Penn State this Saturday?
by mkovac (2019-10-16 13:09:18)

I think that Harbaugh will try to go deep early. If he gets picked off, then it will be a long night for the Skunks and Penn State could beat Michigan by at least 21 points.

My prediction is Penn State 35 - Michigan 17.

It's crazy that this is a 7:30 PM kickoff, Eastern Time. No game east of the Mississippi should have a kickoff that late after the first week in October, in my opinion. Those who attend the game will probably not get out onto the main highway until close to Midnight and the only option they have it to head home or to Motel 6.

The weather, (link) shows 47 degrees and partly cloudy in State College at kickoff, with negligible wind. So, weather for the players should be invigorating, but not so cold that the ball will feel like a shotput.

Prediction? Pain.

Actually from their first seven national titles - 1901, 02, 03, 04, 18, 23 and 32 - about 80% of the games were in Ann Arbor.

Compared to our 1929 and 1930 national title teams where only five of the 20 total games were played at Notre Dame.

excluding the SEC and other southern teams that enjoy fairly decent weather in October and November. And Florida, I guess they have fairly good weather except during hurricane season and up until the heat and humidity take over.

If I was in Vegas I would take UM/Under
