4. Arizona St
5. Texas vs. 12. SMU
6. Penn State vs 11. Clemson
7. Notre Dame vs 10. Indiana
8. Ohio State vs. 9. Tennessee

With Clemson having just beat SMU, my hunch is they have to put SMU at 12. If they want to keep them higher because of the previous higher seed, flip Texas and PSU’s opponents.
