It appears that Stephenson may have had some problems with marijuana being that he was arrested twice for this. How often do they test athletes, adhering to NCAA regulations? And after Stephenson's first arrest, can Notre Dame require additional testing? If so, could this have been a deterrrent?

Three arrests in this young man's life is very alarming. I hope he gets the help that he needs.

for probation alone.

He was suspended for 4 games this year for a 2nd failed drug test.
