We received them from ND about 2 1/2 weeks before the game. It took us about a week to get all the seats assigned (depending on how many tickets they have, it's really a giant puzzle) and then we got them shipped out just over a week before the game. Hopefully they are at least communicating with you
emails about all the other activities that weekend that I can pay even more for!
