What's the meaning of "back hip" and "back shoulder"?

What's the meaning of "back hip" and "back shoulder"?

Does that terminology assume that the receiver is turning his shoulders/hips parallel to the sideline prior to the ball being thrown?

And is there really much difference in ball placement between a back shoulder throw and a back hip throw when the QB is throwing the ball from 25 yards away?
