We had 19, which was tied with others for total conversions. But we were "ballsy" (read: dumb) enough to have more 4th down attempts (a natural result of our decided schematic advantage).

The headline is also wrong. Army wasn't the balliest. They didn't attempt the most 4th downs. They were simply the most successful. Which is some other word. But not ballsy.
