Their Sunday morning show has really taken a nosedive in the ratings over the last couple years.

It is so painful to watch but I can't get down on anyone right now. They'll have to work through it, learn to play courageously and fight together to get better. Meanwhile, the women do have senior talent so I'm making sure to take solace in their performances while the lads grow into their roles.
