The ISD article links to an NDInsider piece (although the ISD text says it's a Tribue article) that describes the incident in detail: he passed out in the back of an Uber, campus police responded to a call about it and tried to help him to his dorm, he bolted, it turned into a scuffle, and he punched the cops.
