No Dexter, no Terry Jillery, no Drue, no Te’von, no Julian Love — sorry, I can’t.
They were two top 15 picks!!!!!
Good teams lose talent every single year.
Things might have gone differently.
But Julian Love getting his bell rung probably sealed our fate that day.
But the team was somehow able to make the top 4.
5-10 is about right IMO. Other schools have losses too.
Well, well. This calls for a celebration!
Perhaps more than most on your list.
I decided not to, so that someone could call me out on being a moron.
Go Megatron, beat Stillers!
Of course it is never good to lose a weapon like Boykin, but the reports are saying this improved version of Claypool might pick up right where Miles left off.
good programs are always going to lose good players; Bama loses a ton of players to the first 2 rounds of the draft every year.
Healthy programs are always doing a good job recruiting and developing talent to replace the talent that leaves.
down field is my question.
#9
with McGregor. "How close were we to really being in on him, Brian?"
(crickets)
to Michigan on his last visit.
Win some, lose some in recruiting.
DB is the real worry this year.
Overall rankings: #30, #38, #56, #120, #122
Ton of whiffs there to go with missing on a Michigan native.
mitments, too?
No?
Then, ya, I think McGregor is going to enroll at Michigan.
if they are unsigned phantoms for other schools?
I hope it gets better.
good day. A bad day for Michigan is almost required to have a real "good day." I blame it on more than fifty years of hating them, and that damn foo-kin song. #2 on my list: Southern foo-kin Cal, and their foo-kin song. If they both have bad days, I may get to have a good day. Not a likely possibility though, as long as the Jenkins, Savvy & Kelly Show continues to be renewed. My expectations are high, my disappointments many, but I persevere in the thought that hope springs eternal.
“Fookin”?
... beating out Alabama and Oklahoma for arguably the #1 running back in the country?
Seems like an odd time for an, "another whiff" post.
MICHIGAN SUCKS! It's an eternal truth. It's words to live by and to never forget. Did I mention that I really hate Michigan? MICHIGAN SUCKS! I am totally sober, but I can not abide the indignity of a recruit choosing Michigan over Notre Dame. FUCKUM.
