to my theory that ND is becoming Wisconsin. If you look at the projected starters, 11 will be 3-star or less players (Finke was a walk-on/Gillman was a 2-star) including all but one of the skill positions on offense and all but one of the skill positions on defense (Pride was a 3-star when we offered him.)

Now, that can work if you're really good at scouting, developing and coaching. For instance, I'm not sure I'd trade the Gilman/Elliot 3-star combo at safety. Clemson won their first title with a lot of 3-star or less players.
