ND isn't going to blow anyone away with its star power, but it will have a seasoned team. ND's projected starting 22:

0 five stars
12 four stars
8 three stars
1 two star
1 no star

21 of the 22 starters will be upperclassmen. Only Keys is an underclassmen. When Michael Young returns, all of ND's starters will be upper classmen.

This assumes Drew White will win the starting Mike job.

He was noted as taking 2nd team reps at MIKE with Shayne Simon.

ND seems to be ALL IN on rotating LBs this year based on opponent and situation.

was he highly rated coming in? I know he was hurt but it appears the coaches are pretty high on him
