Actually, in the same game, Stan Smagala allowing Thrill Hill to catch a 44 yard pass on 3rd and 43 would rank up there too...

The 1999 Bobby Brown excess celebration penalty after a TD gave Michigan excellent field position to score a last second TD and win....

And not covering for the fake field goal against MSU in 2010 in OT.
