Recruiting issues:Organization/effort: Early offers

1.Better organization.
2.Better effort.

They both tie together--but I think it is evident both are lacking and I will show you a few examples of why. And it has nothing to do with the current 2021 class or the 2022 class. Look to the 2023 class and you can see it is evident that ND is way behind on offers to the best players. You can't be elite when you let that happen. 2023 may seem far away--but when the elite schools are already working that class, you had better do the same or fall behind(again).

Kelly has had 10 years to get the kinks ironed out when it comes to organization- but it still pales compared to the top teams. Why? Is this where effort also comes into play? Are they too lazy to make some simple fixes/adjustments?

Florida has at least 3 top OL in the 2023 class.

--TJ Shanahan:6-5 300-OT-Orlando Timber Creek-3.8 GPA. Played his FR year at Faith Christian Academy in Orlando. Rated the #1 Ol in the 2023 class by Lemming. Rated the #1 OL by some in all classes(2021-2023. Blake Fisher is 14th.)
Some of his offers-(no ND):
Auburn-8/4/20
Miss St-8/3/20
PSU-8/2/20

Payton Kirkland: 6-7 310 OT, Orlando Phillips.

July 23-tOSU. Early leaders. Alford in on him.
Host of other top offers. No ND.

Clay Wedin:6-6 285 LT Tampa Carrollwood Day. Played at Seffner Christian his FR season. #4 rated OL by some in all classes(2021-2023) and #2 behind Shanahan in the 2023 class.

tOSU-7/23/20.Alford in on him. "It is early, but they(OSU)are definitely up there."

No Notre Dame. There are tons of other examples but for brevity I just included this very small sample. And some wonder why Kelly and his staff can't seem to crack a top 10 or top 15 class. Organization(after 10 years!) and effort are not all there. ND has offered a handful of 2023 guys--but not
nearly enough. Get the 2023 offers out! ND is way behind,as usual. And there is no excuse for that.
