With all the transfer activity for all teams, does that

necessitate that CFB coaches adjust their O and D schemes to simplify them so that each year transfers and freshmen can be more quickly and easily integrated and play ASAP? (i.e. rely more on letting pure talent shine through over out-scheming the other guy)

When better athletes can't get on the field because they don't know "the playbook" or the defensive calls in complex systems, is that not a problem in this new world of transfers? The reality is great players only stay 3 years (so play them right away) and good players who see inferior athletes ahead of them will get frustrated if don't get on the field a lot in year 2. Add in the fact that at ND, many can basically graduate in 3 years now (so staying for that "ND Degree") is no impediment to transferring.
