Bode Wilde decommits from Michigan.

"According to TSN’s Bob McKenzie, prized Michigan recruit Bode Wilde — who was ranked 17th overall and as the seventh-best defenseman in this year’s NHL Draft field by NHL Central Scouting — will not make it to the Wolverines after all. Instead, the 6-foot-2, 194-pounder will “get drafted and see what his non-school options are,” whether that’s the OHL (the Saginaw Spirit own his OHL rights), signing with his NHL team and playing in the minors or another option."

There's talk of the Avs drafting him which would make this doubly sweet for me although I'd rather they take Denisenko if he's around at 16. At least I won't have to follow one of their draft picks playing for UM.
