He got a team that won 5 games during his sophomore season to buy in to their new coach. They tripled their win total his junior season, and then he captained what I consider the best team the program has ever produced his senior year. He's been methodically adding many different types of coaching to his resume among his stops in the preps, Notre Dame, the USHL and Alaska Anchorage.
