Not a long walk to CFIA, and if you're going for basketball instead, they run shuttles (not sure where they stop at by the JACC).

And you can enter off 23 and avoid some of the traffic

Send kids out on regular reconnaissance of the parking lots.

When lots clear, have the oldest kid drive home.
