Undrafted, very overage freshman, who was also injured for a good portion of the 2017-2018 USHL season I believe. But he has dressed for almost every game, albeit as a 3rd/4th line guy. Injuries necessitated an increased roll and fortunately he has performed well in it. The fact that he was a pretty mature freshman is what likely got him into the lineup anyway, even if he didn't see a ton of ice time early on.
