I've been to several hockey games on football weekends in the past. The only ones that coincide this season are the Fri/Sun vs Air Force on USC weekend.

Hopefully, they'll have hockey coincide with men's and/or women's basketball. If you are coming from out of town, ND sports weekends are a good draw

When all of the schedules come out I line them up so that I can drive the 150 miles & stay the weekend. When both basketball teams and the hockey team are all playing Friday-Sunday it's great as long as they are spaced so that the games do not occur at the same time

at BC on Friday, at ND on Sunday.

We had a Friday-Sunday home-and-home with UConn in January 2015. We also have one this year with Western Michigan, although that one obviously doesn't entail air travel. Our other home-and-home weekend, versus Bowling Green, is Friday-Saturday after Thanksgiving. Odd that all three will be OOC series.

Unfortunately, this year both Michigan home games are before ND students return to campus -- although Michigan students will be back, so some might make the trip.
