ago. The Irish destroyed the Huskies that day, both by superior talent and because anything that could go wrong for UConn did go wrong.

At one point it was already 3-0 or 4-0 Irish in the second period, UConn’s net was empty and they were cycling the puck in the Irish zone on a delayed penalty. A forward passed it back to the point, defenseman wasn’t home and the puck went the length of the ice into their own net.

Also, Barclays Center is the single worst venue for hockey on the entire planet.
