Now, I know that's Pitt, but they were 5-2 at this moment.

- Princeton transfer Abby Meyers scored 23 and shot 8-16 from the field, while playing 29 minutes.

- Lavender Briggs, who was Florida's leading scorer last year, went to UM and played 30 minutes, scoring 10 points and grabbing 8 rebounds.

- Brinae Alexander, who came over from Vandy, went for 17 and 5 for 8 from three-pt. land, so ND will have to pay attention to both she and Abby Meyers, who can stroke it, as well.

- Diamond Miller, the 6'3" guard/wing who averages 19 ppg, only scored 8 pts in only 17 minutes. Can't tell if she was injured, but will keep track of that.

- Steady eddy Faith Masonius is listed as a 6'0" guard but she plays forward on this team, averaging 9 ppg and just under 6 rpg. She was Dara Mabrey's HS teammate at Manasquan when they lost, then won, the NJ state championship. The leading player on the opponent's Franklin HS team who they played both times? One Diamond Miller. Lotta Jersey girls will be on the court Thursday.

Brenda Frese has a lot of experience at that already. *
