Behind Nova, L'ville, Ole Miss, Colorado, and only ahead of

former 9 seed Miami as new 4 seeds while the 2 new 1 seeds are UConn (now #2 overall) and Iowa. The 2 new 2 seeds are LSU & Tennessee.

Maryland may be on a streak as it broke one of its dry spells beating a PAC12 team as a home better seed which they were 0-3 the last few years. Now they are attempting to get back some glory which they haven't done since they were beaten by ND in the Final 4 in 2015. Since that game ND had a Championship, 2 runner ups, 1 elite 8, and this is our 3rd sweet 16s while Maryland was knocked out 3 times in the round of 32 as they get to their 4th sweet 16.

We will see if Maryland reaches it at least the next step or the Irish proves again it goes farther than the Terrapins as they've done every year they made the tourney since back in 2009 before Skylar arrived. Let the competition decide.
