...in leading her Seattle Storm to a 88-79 victory. Sky finished with 26 points on 10-13 shooting and 6-7 from the line. In addition, she had 5 assists, 4 steals and 3 blocks. Good thing, too, because Jewell had a clunker; shooting 3-15 (1-6 from three). She did, however, dish out 5 assists, as well.

LA is abysmal (for a variety of reasons) this year, but they usually play tough at home and did again last night. Odyssey Sims is a tough competitor, but Sky was obviously on "A" game last night.

Hope to see her once again on the Team USA Senior Roster but

I'm hearing vibes that like Arike she feels the Selection Committee may not have her best interest at heart. I hope I'm wrong but will have to wait till next year as I do not see any tournament scheduled for the Women remaining.

...so there's plenty of time between now and then for changes to happen on the coaching and selection committee fronts.
However, there's also Mother Time, which will be relentless on ND alums who are in/approaching their 30's.

Given what you're hearing and what I just wrote, I'm not holding my breath for Sky and K-Mac to get another chance or Arike or Marina to join the parade.
However, Jackie is still in her prime and obviously did very well in Paris.

Clark will obviously lead the charge at point guard, but we'll see how things progress for Olivia and Hannah at lead guard and Sonia at the off-guard/wing position.
