Gray left because there was a logjam in the backcourt with she, Marina and Arike. She'd done well in the 3x3 Olympic Tournament and wanted to move up to a lead position, which no one not named Arike is ever going to be. Ironically, the person who coached her last at Dallas is now the assistant at Atlanta, where Gray currently plays.

Bibb will make moves but they're not usually the right ones. I'm not rating the Wing stock a buy (while it's down) until he's gone.
