Moseley was the posts' coach for the Huskies for nearly 10 years and is going back to her alma mater. While she was listed as a possibility for an interview for the UMinn Job (which she also worked at), doubt much ever came of that, given how quickly Whelan was put in place.

Save for the fact that she's going back to her alma mater, I think this is a similar kind of a landing spot to where Megan Duffy landed...a mid-major where you can work hard, have some growing pains without being in the spotlight and learn your craft. Megan had a better-than-expected first year and it will be interesting to see how her first year of recruits (which Michaela Mabrey worked on with her) do in 18-19.

Will be interesting to see whom Geno chooses as a replacement. Will he pull someone from the UConn family tree?
