Yikes, broadcast in Spanish.
Prince (Texas) plays pretty good defense with her 6’7” height.
People’s looks strong to the hoop....really strong.
Brown (Stanford) pretty good handle and drives.
Williams (UCONN) looks very good to the hoop and defense—she is big physically.
Smith (Baylor) is a ver good big, runs floor very well, very active with/without ball.
Hillmon-Baker (Mich.) very tough big 6’1”)
Give Walz credit (always hard) he is playing everyone—unlike U17 experience.
Interesting, offense is predominantly inside very little ‘3’s’

Amen on Anayas's attacks to the rim. She's damn good. *

• Jenna played point when both she and Anaya were on the court together, but in the 2nd quarter Anaya played point guard.
• Anaya made the move/play of the game dribbling out of a 3 person trap to reverse spin and go up for a layup. It was so spectacular it may have been steps.
• On the next play she stole the ball and passed for a layup. At this point she looked like the 2nd coming or Jordan Horston.
• Anaya was the leading scorer for the USA team at half-time with 6 points (and she missed 2 free throws).
• Anaya has great size and arm length for a point guard.
• The game was much sloppier than U17 with a lot of turnovers and fouls. That may have been because this was their first game.
