sense (and this is from an Oregon alumnus). Someone voted for the Ducks even though they barely got their second win at home by 2 points over a tough Syracuse team. I was at that game and it could have gone the other way if it hadn't been for Sabrina's heroics at the end.

The AP poll came out while we were playing Penn (see story linked). Duke fell out after losing to Northwestern and was replaced by Minnesota. The Coaches poll comes out tomorrow where last week we had 30 votes and UConn got 2. My guess it will be similar tomorrow at the top. At the bottom #20 Duke and #23 UCLA (who lost to LMU) will drop out. My guess they will be replaced by 2-0 Cal who had a win over PSU and 3-0 FSU who beat Florida. They were both in the next 4 receiving over 46 votes along with 1-1 ASU and 1-0 Michigan. We'll see.

the season. But that doesn't mean that the vote for Oregon makes any sense. It's really too early for polls anyway, but I do prefer it this way as it gives us something to discuss.
