If NDWBB had a true point guard, their half court offense would be much better. Mabrey is really a #2 guard trying to play the point and with teams like UCONN and Louisville, she gets out played quickly. When they switched to Jackie Young playing the point, ND improved and Mabrey was able to start scoring. This happened last year. I think for the final four games, MM eventually had Jackie and Arike bring up the ball.
