Take the entire team into Purcell all by themselves. Have it worked out ahead of time to have a spotlight on the championship banner from last year. Talk to those leaving that they are champions. Encourage them to think about that every time the disappointment of tonight creeps into their thoughts. High end athletes tend to dwell on what they missed more than what they achieved. Thank them for their achievements. Hug them and then give them some moments alone in that arena.
