WBB: Hearing that UConn sophomore Mikayla Coombs (5-8 guard, Buford, GA) has entered her name into the transfer portal. She played in 31 games off the bench during 2018-19, averaging 11.5 MPG and scoring a total of 27 points. She was ranked #13 in the 2017 class per espnW.

WBB: Marie-Paule Foppossi (6-1 RS FR forward, Strausbourg, France) is transferring from Syracuse

I count (for next year) 4 seniors (Dangerfield, Bent, Camara, and Irwin), 1 junior (Walker), 2 sophomores (Williams and Nelson-Ododa), and 1 freshman (Griffin).

Yes, UConn has 4 players total in the freshman, sophomore, and junior classes combined. That's the same number as ND's sophomore class alone.

Unless they get some nice transfers and a large recruiting haul (in quantity as well as quality), they will be hurting in 2020-21.
