Moving On

I agree with you that every player is different and every player handles
different situations differently. This is like any other job. You have
to know your people. You treat them all the same, however, some respond
to criticism differently. As talked about before. Dani was always looking
over her shoulders. I watched almost every game this year. When she did
get in. You could see her looking to the bench after she would make a
mistake. That is bad. Make the mistake, correct it, and move on. I
do not think she always did.

...Maybe just maybe that had some influence on her decision to transfer.

...The part about moving on. I am not there yet. The door is still a
crack open. Until it is totally closed and she commits to another
school. She is still IRISH. Even MM said the door is still open for
her.

...I hope she does this the smart way. Look at other schools but do not
forget what is still available to you. It still maybe her best option.

...I am hoping time away will give her a chance to get her emotions
under control and rethink about her decision.

...Like it was mentioned before. The grass is not always greener.

...One final comment. I hate transfers. That is something you do not
plan on. We have a possibility of 4 transfers in about 5 years or
less. That is way to many. Not like other schools but it is still to
high. 1 is to many. What I hope happens is the coaches get together and
brain storm to see what went wrong and what they can do to fix it from
continuing.
