Leadership and experience was needed. Jordan was and is a great potential PG. However she was a turnover machine last year with a great cast of players around her. I think MM saw that and realized the she needs some development. Nothing to hang your head about, some players find their game later.
I think with the transfers and early graduation and recruiting misses, ND is trying to accumulate the best possible team they can until recruiting fills the gap.
