Very interesting. You have a good point. Wonder if it is her way of
asking for post recruiting. If I was a post in on the edge and heard that
interview. I would have to give it a strong look.

...I still believe there is a lot of negative recruiting going on to
where almost every year we struggle with post. Maybe the thought is we
are more interested in getting the best guards and forget about posts.
Just a though.
