The story is about a year old, but some points:

- Good grade point average (3.5 GPA). Wants to be a pediatrician. Attends same high school as former ND target prospect Maya Dodson, who ended up at Stanford (thanks to DaBall for tip on that.)
- Defense ahead of offense and runs the floor well. Can hit the three but needs to develop consistency on her shot. In short, lots of upside. One of her brothers says she's at an "inflection" point in her career.
- NBA genes in that very large family (she's 11th of 13?). One brother was a coach at Georgia but is now HC at Kenesaw State.
- One coach seens her as a small forward.
- No decisions made on colleges but leaning a bit to Georgia, the home-state school. Vandy< NC State and Florida also mentioned. Wonder if Michaela Mabrey also had contact with her while she was at LSU?

As NDDoggie, CKDexterhaven and others have brought up, we need folks that can battle in the paint, hit the boards and make it hard for the oppostion bigs because we always have guards that can fill it up.

Seems like this prospect could be such a player. Plus, good idea to have other options for the wing/small forward position in case Ms. Westbeld decides to take a Dara Mabrey-course.
