Katie Lou Samuelson Traded to Dallas Wings....

...where she'll join her sister Karlie, fellow UConn Moriah Jefferson and rival Arike Ogunbowale. She was traded to Dallas by Chicago in return for forward Azura Stevens, yet another Huskie.

Interestingly, the Samuelsons, Arike, MoJeff and center Megan Gustaffson could be joined by Baylor forward, if the wings choose her with the 2nd draft choice in the upcoming WNBA draft in April. It's widely assumed that with the top choice in the draft, the NY Liberty will take Sabrina Ionescu.

Amazing to think how many Domer-Husky pairings there now are:

Wings: Arike-KLS
Minnesota Wild: Jessica Shepard-Napheesa Collier
Seattle Storm: Jewell Loyd-Stewie and Sue Bird
Phoenix Mercury: Sklyar Diggins, Bri Turner and Diana Taurasi.

With only 140 slots open in the WNBA, it would be figure the top players from college would become teammates. Jewell and Stewie played together just fine, as did 'Pheesa and Jess, before Shep hurt her knee.
