..how many guards LA was bringing in. The Sparks are in championship-winning mode NOW and signing Kristi Tolliver to a long-range contract and trading for Brittany Sykes meant there were not a lot of seats left for Marina.

It's pretty crowded in Dallas, too, with the Samuelson sisters and various other guards. In fact, I think they have 14 players undercontract and four first round draft choices, so training camp is going to be a blood bath. Are there other trades coming (if not for Marina, then others?)

Still, her on- and off-court chemistry with Arike could help a bunch with making the team. And she is, according the NBC interview I just read, is working on her PG skils while overseas, so that will help make her more well-rounded.
