- As you can well guess, the Boneyard has blown up, now that it looks like their #2 assistant is leaving to take her first HC position. (Ralph is widely viewed as Geno's heir apparent by many and the Board has gone though the same "should she stay or should she go (to get experience)" that the Bench did with Niele Ivey.

- According to below, this appears to be something of a package deal. Ralph's husband is Tom Garrick, the current HC of UMass Lowell (we played them right?). He, interestingly, was an asst. coach at Vandy for six years under Melanie Balcomb.

- There are some rumors circulating that Ralph might bring some personnel with her to Vandy from UConn. Given that Westbrook (somewhat surprisingly) decided to hang around for another year and the addition of Dorka Jahusz, I imaging there's a few underclassmen wondering if they're going to see the game floor.

- Who takes her place? There's some sentiment from some of the BY faithful that Geno and Chris Dailey might look outside the family tree for a different perspective.

Or do they bring back Jen Rizzotti, recently relieved of her George Washington HC position?

From retiring? Ralph goes and gets some HC experience so she's prepared to take the reigns. What a novel idea.
