Rapinoe rips into FIFA over PoY nominee

I am not entirely sure if it is fair to go after Castellanos, but it is a bit weird that a non-pro who doesn't play at the senior level is nominated.

Does anyone know about Castellanos? Is this a legitimate criticism or a tempest in a teapot?
