#1 Wake, #3 NC, #4 Louisville, #6 Duke, #8 Clemson, and #11 Virginia, are the 6 ACC teams ahead of #12 Notre Dame. ND get's a home game against the winner of Wisconsin/Ill-Chicago and if we win we get #5 Akron or the survivor of the Washington/Seattle U match if they can beat Akron.

The other side of the bracket has #4 Louisville & #13 Michigan plus Cal/San Fran & Mass/Colgate. The Big 10 has 5 teams in the tourney and their 2 highest seeds on the other bracket opposite us (#2 Indiana & #7 MSU). NC State and Va Tech get to take them on if they win their 1st round matches. It would be cool if the ACC's two lowest seeds could retire the Big 10's two highest seeds. Completing that bracket are led by the MAC's other seeded team #8 Western Michigan and #15 Dartmouth of the Ivy League.

The top two brackets are dominated by those 5 seeded ACC teams, and the 3 other seeds: #9 Stanford (top PAC12 seed of their 3 teams), #14 Georgetown who along with Butler come from the Big East. and #16 VCU. The ACC has a very good chance to get 3 of the teams in the College Cup and an outside chance to get all 4. It would be great if ND is one of them.
