The kids are going to play tonight

Weah, Shaq Moore, Palmer-Brown and others. The veteran Pulisic is getting this break as time off.

I can't wait to watch Weah get time on the senior squad.

Let's establish a core group by 2020 for next WC run

I'm not as knowledgeable as many on the board, but it seems we had a lot of unsettled lineups going into this WC qualification. I understand that some times there are issues with injuries and getting European-based players for friendlies. It seems we have to get players used to playing with each and settling on playing strategies (plus getting and staying with one manager) so we qualify (in waht should be an easy qualifying zone).

Giving time to the potential next generation is an important step in going forward and rising from the ashes of this year's debacle.

Bruce didn't want to rely on the European players other than Pulisic (as if he had any choice there). Same old entitled retreads. If Jurgen was right about anything, it was that we need dual citizenship players and kids in Europe.

That bullshit Arena spewed after the T&T loss about pulling in the European-based players after qualification was nothing more than that. He never intended to.
