Remember that Stephens can only make recommendations. I also realize Osorio may be prefer to go back home to South America.

Normally, I'd say there is no way, but his ties to MLS and Garber may be strong enough that he's one guy they might consider. I doubt they want to give a guy with that much experience the reigns as I'm guessing they are "building" to 2026 as a goal, but he'd be a home run given the strictures USSF has in place.
