Chelsea should never wear blue socks with their primary kit

The white socks look better. It currently looks like Everton is playing Arsenal at the Emirates.

It was confusing

Jorgihno looked like he was playing for the Arsenal.

This is true.

Congrats to all the Gunners out there. 3 points well deserved.

Question on Chelsea stat shown during the game.

It said Chelsea had never won a game when trailing by two or more goals at halftime. That's all it said. No qualification about EPL or the 2018-2019 season. Can that be right?

Could be all-time (at least since it's been tracked)

They had a 2-0 comeback to win 3-2 last season, but the second goal wasn't scored until the 60th minute.

Yep

We sucked for large swaths of our history

Did they have a choice?

With Arsenal wearing white socks, I didn't think they could wear white socks. I guess they've could've worn another kit, but if they were going to wear blue, I think the socks had to be blue as well.

I agree that the white socks look better.

I think you're right but in that case they should wear

2nd or 3rd kits: yellow shirts/shorts with blue socks or sky blue shirt/socks with orange socks.

In any event, just a minor pet peeve.

Didn't work out so well for Chelsea. I guess if you dress like Everton, you play like Everton.

Everton typically wears white shorts.

They looked more like Leicester.

It’s blue and white. Not sure how much different

They can look.

One of my only gripes about English soccer.

Pretty sure the PL has standard kit requirements

So that would include light/dark sock opposites between sides.
