Unsurprising, since the LOTG don't allow for punishment of serious foul play immediately after an offside offense.

Really simple fix for this, though. Just have to update one paragraph in law 11. Right now, violent conduct is violent conduct and results in a sending off regardless of how and when it occurs. The paragraph indicating that if a foul occurs after an offside offense that the offside offense should be punished, just add a bit that if the subsequent offense is serious foul play, the offending player should be sent off and restart play based on the offside offense.
