I can’t imagine the plan was 24 shots. Courtois was brilliant. Madrid was not. But they took advantage of the couple chances they got. Liverpool forwards did not. Courtois was brilliant. Alisson was not. It wasn’t anything tactical. It was just stepping up. And at this level that’s what it takes.
