Arsenal is cooked. Again.

This team just cannot take advantage of anything. Scored 4 minutes in. Up 2-0 after 56 minutes.

The goal to tie it comes completely from Arsenal gaffes. How Raya doesn't get Gabriel off of that ball is beyond me. And Califiori is standing there waiting to block it and somehow knocks it off the post and in?

If this team had any mental fortitude at all they'd be 14 points clear right now. 0-0 at Forest +2. 3-2 L at home to United after leading 1-0 +3. 1-1 at Brentford after leading +2. 2-2 at Wolves after leading 2-0+2. Nine fucking points they've thrown away.

Another second place finish is going to be awesome.

Unbelievably frustrating. *

...this is really, really bad. I didn't think this years' team was capable of this kind of capitulation.

can we just play Spurs over and over again?

In all seriousness, even today, the mental lapses and mistakes in the defensive half could have been even more costly than they were. I don't understand where these are coming from after being so solid defensively most of the season.

They'll still win the league.

And probably at least one more trophy.

Down five with a game in hand and Arsenal at home. It’s a dead heat and City are getting better with the additions of Guehi and Semenyo.

Not at this rate.

I realize this version of City isn’t the juggernaut they were 2 years ago, but they’re not going to give the league away.

Arsenal need to stop dropping points against inferior opposition or they’ll end up 2nd again.

Arteta needs to stop trying to manage second halves with one score leads and actually attack. Especially away, it just makes his players nervous and lets the opposition fans back into the game.

I agree

I also think they need to get their emotions in check. Their lows are...too low. Calm the fuck down and control the game.

At least you are used to it by now *

I can't even explain what I'm seeing.

It reminds me of the Cubs pre-2016. No matter how good they are capable of being, there's just this overarching feeling they're going to blow it.

And then they find a way to do so. Today they managed a 2-2 draw from an xG of 0.29 - 1.86.
