Freshman Audrey Hamilton was the star with 20 kills and a part of the big block party. So they win their pod (the toughest of the 3 ACC pods of 5) with a 6-1 record ahead of both L'ville & Pitt who play tomorrow.

Dropping a set to winless BC — not great. *

Hattie Monson (librero), Aubrey Hamilton (outside hitter) and Lindsey Miller (middle blocker). In the case of these three, they were highly rated and they're playing like it.

Luckily, they've all got teammates who can show them the ropes: Kiara Schmidt at librero, Hannah Thompson at middle blocker and Caroline Meuth & Charley Niego at outside hitter. Besides senior Thompson...they're all back next year. Strong group that should only get better.

Let's hope they do well in the spring season & NCAA tourney. *
