30:00.6 for Carmody in 4th place, 30:04.1 for Jacobs in 12th place.

If you look at the split points the team (all 7 more most of the race) ran together in the top 5 - 15. That's actually hard to do in a team tempo run! It also suggest they can go faster next week.
