Glon not only failed to report the sexual misconduct by the former assistant coach, he was an active participant in the coverup, intimidation of the victim/witness, and then tried to deny it all when questioned.

After ruining Paterno's legacy they let this happen? Sounds like complete lack of institutional control plus disgusting and just stupid.
